How to use this screen

Enter the tracking code exactly as it was given to you.
Enter the last four digits of the phone number on the report.
Submit to see the current status and the response so far.

Watch out

Lookups are rate-limited per connection, because the phone check is only four digits.

Good to know

A tracking code alone is not enough to open a report. The phone check is what stops someone else reading it.
A wrong code and a wrong phone number give exactly the same answer, so no one can use this page to discover whether a code exists.
