- Your identity is verified against your NIN and BVN before any payment is prepared.
- If you have no bank account, one is opened for you through the consortium bank — no branch visit and no minimum balance.
- Payment is sent directly to that account. There is no cash handling and no collection point.
- Your card's PIN is released only after your own fingerprint is matched — an officer cannot activate it for you.
Report it — you do not have to give your name. Every report gets a tracking code and a published response time, and it lands on the same tamper-evident record as the payments themselves.
