  • Meals served ≥ 90% of school days
    Kitchen serves a hot meal on ≥90% of school days in the cycle, confirmed against the head teacher return.
    Checked against an attendance register · applies to the beneficiary

When a condition is missed the payment is held, never silently dropped, and the household can be reinstated once the condition is met or formally waived.
